When Dag King met Myrtie Payne in the fall of 2007 he never dreamed he would soon be in the studio singing with her on a song her dad had written more than fifty years ago. Myrtie even let Dag record with her dad's famous 1938 D-18 Martin acoustic guitar, given to Leon Payne by his friend Hank Williams. It is a great honor to work with the talented and friendly musicians Emmett Roch, Patrick Harris and Kimbeau Keating that joined Dag and Myrtie on these recordings.
