This project was recorded in Kalamazoo MI with some old musical partners of mine: Allen Bates-dobro and mandolin Tommy Dunn-acoustic & electric bass Wes Pettenger-banjo and lead guitar Mike Devol-cello Will Brittain-drums The songs span 30 years of songwriting from Homecoming, which was written while I was in the Navy and homesick, to Thank You Jesus, a tongue-in-cheek protest song which came to me in a dream. There's also songs about vampires, drifters and jailbirds. I've included a song for a departed friend-Sweet Girl. Thanks to Steve Metcalf with Little King Records and John Stites at Arcadio Recording Studios. Thanks for stopping by. I hope you like what you hear Dale Dale Brittain has a soothing sound a lot like James Taylor and writes from experience; you feel that you've been there. Helen Pack WGWG 88.3 Boling Springs NC
