Album Notes

Dali's Ghost has played locally in Buffalo, NY since the winter of 2005 in a variety of venues; house parties, bars, and theaters. Thanks to the support of their loyal fan-base, they have recently won the Battle of Original Music sponsored by The Artvoice newspaper, which featured 60 bands in Buffalo. Using the recording time awarded to them as a prize, Dali's Ghost recorded their first full length album at Buffalo's famous Trackmaster/Chameleon West studio. Comprised of eleven of their most powerful songs, the album is still only a small sampling of their large catalog which includes over 30 original compositions. They also have been featured in the Buffalo Rising web site, Springville Journal, and Buffalo's Artvoice as an up and coming band.

Influenced by the musical styles of funk, psychedelic, folk, jazz, and rock, Dali's Ghost melds together a variety of sounds into their own unique song structures.

Mixing smart alternative sounds with a little Pink Floyd, some Doors and Eastern Mysticism they are definitely charting their own musical course.
