Damage's popularity caught the eye of Ronnie King (The Offspring, No Doubt, Rancid, Pennywise, Tupac) who ended up producing Damage's debut CD, "Velocity", recorded in Hollywood, CA at The Mint Recording Studios in June 2004.

This album ROCKS!!!

Wow! This album kicks #&$*%! I challenge anyone to sit still while listening to it. I loved the songs from the first time I heard them. Unlike most albums with one or two good songs, every song on this album blows me away. There are very few albums that cause me to sit back with a huge grin on my face and say, "Oh, yeah" when I listen to them. This album is up there at the top of that list.

Finally a freakin' album with every songs that you can actually enjoy listening to and get your money worth! Yeah, its Velocity by Damage baby! And of course there's gonna be one or two of your best and most favorite song which you just couldn't help replaying over and over and over - yeah I have to admit that I almost overheated my cd player just from replaying "Perfect Shade of Neutral"! Gotta tell you Velocity album ROCKS if you want your head bangin' and songs with lyrics that can leak right into your heart! If there's any rock album worth getting, its Velocity by Damage! This album rocks and its spreading all over Hawaii! ~Melinda

Great CD!!! Their live concert is tight and rocks like the CD.

More radio stations need to be playing this CD. When you hear a tune for the first time, sometimes you can just say to yourself this is going to be a hit. The first listen through there are tunes like "What Is" and "Cryin’ All The Time" that are definitely hit material. The lyrics are crisp and the guitar riffs mesh perfectly. I saw Damage play at the Viper Room and just recently at the Sunset Room in Hollywood. Their live performance was tight. Sometimes you go to see a band live and it is way different from production. These guys have their act together and the energy they created in the room was awesome.

Absolute Brilliance!

If you want to buy a CD you can actually listen to on more then a few occasions, then this DAMAGE album is the way to go! by far the best stuff i've heard come out of the scene in ages! This is the outcome of when talented musicians come together and just play! No holding back, in your face sound will blow you away! I most definitely recommend you buy this album! WOW!
