Dana is an amazing singer, her voice, her performance...totally awesome. From the first to the last note, she complete blew me away. ABSOLUTELY FRAKKIN' FANTASTIC! And, girls and boys do not miss the acoustic set on this DVD! Here she gets under your skin and makes you want to cry because of the beauty of her strong voice. I SIMPLY LOVE HER!

As with many, my initiation to Dana Fuchs came from the movie "Across the Universe" (an awesome movie in its own right). Dana will simply blow you away. Take a big splash of janis, mix in a little Tina Turner, add a splash of Robert Plant and Melissa Ethridge, and just sit back and enjoy this truly gifted performer. Her vocal range is stunning, and will leave you with goose bumps.....Did i mention her Hair!!!...OMG. And BIG KUDOS to her band-all are immensely talented....Hopefully Dana and her band will get their due with a stockpile of grammy's one day, she's that good. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I only hope she will hit the West Coast one day. To Dana and her mates......YOU GUYS ROCK !!!! p.s. dont miss the bonus acoustic set.

I first heard of Dana when watching "Across the Universe". She was magnificent and stole the movie. I immediately found her online and bought the DVD. I am now a lifelong fan of Ms. Fuchs. With the face of an angel and the body of a Goddess, her voice takes me back to the glory days of Janis and Big Brother. She is a unique and gifted performer. Is she due to perform in Syracuse soon and how do I get a poster for my wall?
