Dana was first introduced to meditation over 10 years ago. In the beginning practice as inconsistent and challenging. Due to her busy schedule, she found it difficult to meditate for long periods of time. Through reading several books and exploring the Internet, she discovered that she didn't have to do long periods of meditation in order to benefit from it. Inspired and determined to establish a sound practice, Dana began to practice short meditations throughout the day to stay balanced and connected. Dana created Meditative Moments: Guided Meditations for Everyday Life to help those who need a quick and easy guide to begin their meditation practice. it offers meditations for the whole family to enjoy!
