Here is a unique and unforgettable mix of infectious creative songs, presented by two loveable characters “Archie” and “Lottie”: BEWARE!!! Camouflaged beneath these memorable melodies, you will find a carefully scripted educational learning tool in the form of a fully structured dance class, to use if you wish.
This complete package captures the attention and imagination of both children and adults alike. Listen, dance, sing or move to the funky, up beat rhythms - you will soon be totally captivated with the Dance-a-Lotties!
This debut album is the first of many planned, and was born by the necessity for quality, original music and songs for children’s instructional movement classes.
Cleverly crafted, meaningful lyrics are magically combined with the delightfully enchanting melodies. All songs are purposely performed to stimulate the child, by a combination of Male, Female or Children’s voices, to best relay the message that is being taught.
This CD has been trialed in many Kindergartens, Child Care Centers and Dance Schools with outstanding success.
Teachers and Parents have commented on the sheer brilliance of the idea: - A scripted dance class (with instructions), set to beautifully written tracks, and led by two loveable personalities: An educational and recreational resource for parents and teachers never before seen in the market.
Listen to this CD as you wish…if used for easy listening, just sit back, relax and enjoy!
However, if planning to use as a dance class, at home, or wherever follow as such:
Each CD starts with a friendly “Welcome song” from Archie and Lottie, to set the mood, so children feel comfortable about starting a Dance Class.
This follows with a Warm Up Song, which ensures your whole body is warmed up and ready to move!
We then proceed to three Gross Motor Songs. Eventually over the course of all Dance-a-Lotties CDs, every Gross Motor Skill for developing children will be covered and taught.
A song for Fine Motor Skills, essential for early childhood development, also features on every album
Each disc has a mime song for children to explore their creative juices.
A dance song is included that can be used just for fun, for parent shows, concerts, displays, or particularly for children who like to perform in front of their parents and family.
A goodbye song completes the lesson and makes a meaningful and lovely finish to each class.
In addition 3 bonus tracks are included:-
An informative problem song is featured, where Archie has an important issue that requires addressing ….but rest assured each time big sister Lottie has a solution, as always!
You will also find 2 listening and learning songs, which encourage social awareness, hygiene, safety and lots more.
