Album Notes

Welcome to my CD acousticness. This is grass roots music all the way. I wrote most of the tunes, played and sang all the tracks, recorded and produced the entire project myself.

The music is eclectic ranging in style from the sloppy blues feeling of “Rainbow” to the funky rhythms and somber vocals of “Orange” to the pseudo-classical style of “Pardon Goddess” (written, along with “Sigh No More,” for Flint City Theatre’s – www.flintcitytheatre.com – 2001 production of Much Ado About Nothing. But I digress.

“Beat Time” and “Lost In The Shuffle” were both written by my brother Rick, a major influence on my artistic sensibilities.

If you have any problems with your CD, please contact me at the email address on the inside of the jewel case and I’ll send you a new one forthwith, on the honor system, at my own expense.

Thanks and enjoy.

Dan Gerics.. Insane mad man or amazing musician?
author: Wes
This cd is only a smidge of what Dan can do. The man is awesome at guitar, singing, and plays one heck of a drum kit. You can tell he loves what he does. If you like modern folk music with a hometown kinda feel, get this CD.
