Album Notes
Daniel calls his debut "the little EP that could"...with each of the 5 tracks boasting high profile accomplishments in their own right, and the EP as a whole winning a favorable review in Billboard: "The humanity displayed here is accessible to anyone who’s ever felt left of societies center. And the music is potent enough to work for those who simply want sweet melodies and memorable hooks."

Designed to be an introduction of Daniel into the music world, Out of the Silence not only showcases Link's songwriting and cool vocal style, but it also sets him up as a formidable indie player in the music industry. Within months of it's release, Out of the Silence debuted at #5 on OutVoice.coms Top 40 albums, with Altar Boy debuting at #4 on the Top 40 Tracks and Singles charts. Shortly after Nature of Love debuted at #6 making that two songs from Out of the Silence being played on gay and lesbian oriented radio shows nation wide. By the end of 2000, Constant Faithfulness was adopted by AIDS WALK AUSTIN as the official theme song. And a year later, the live performance video of Believe was in heavy rotation on Austin Music Network.
