I see myself as Woody Guthrie with digital capabilities. Jamie Anderson at the indie-music.com webzine says in a January 2007 article that I "sound like Tom Petty but have the versatility of Neil Young." Over the last few years, I've been playing a number of colleges in the U.S. and other venues. Many internet and conventional radio stations are playing my songs throughout the world and I’ve played several radio shows and interviews on Wyoming Public Radio. Fans love the original songs “Jennifer”, “New York City”, “The Corporation Song”, “Fly High” to name a few. I've sold songs and CD's in the U.S., U.K., Europe, Japan, Australia and Canada. My friend Richard, owner of a bar I play at, defines my music as "luminous folk". While I was on tour last spring in Washington State I played my songs for a unity church congregation. The last song I played was "Beautiful People", the pastor went on for about five minutes telling the congregation how much he enjoyed the song and how the "insightful" lyrics reminded him of something Bob Dylan might write. Well, I hope my songs are "versatile", "luminous", "insightful" and it's never bad to be compared to Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Tom Petty or the Beatles for that matter.
