Album Notes

Danny Quinn has been performing throughout the U.S., Canada, England and Ireland for the last 34 years. He has recorded several cds on his own and this cd with his own band The Danny Quinn Band. Danny toured for over twenty years off and on with the legendary Tommy Makem. Danny Quinn has been compared to the late John Denver and Gordon Lightfoot. There are many original songs on Danny's cds and the Game has some great songs. Danny's live performances are known to be fun and interesting. Danny Quinn is also one half of the Uncle Brothers a duo known for their award winning children's music. Danny worked for many years as an opening act opening for acts including: John Prine, The Clancy Brothers, David Bromberg, Steve Gillette, The Chieftains, Tom Chapin and many others.
