I have performed throughout the U.S. performing and recording Irish and American folks songs. It has taken me to Ireland, England, Scotland and Canada. Many of the Irish songs I've learned came from having been one of the back up guitar players for the late great Tommy Makem. He was an inspiration and a friend. Many of the songs on my Christmas CD came from listening to my father Richard Quinn, perform at churches throughout our area of NY State. He had a beautiful tenor voice.
