Album Notes

Dan Pinto\'s latest release for 2008 combines Rock, Acid Jazz, Orchestral & Piano music. Having had considerable experience writing music for film & video, Dan has given this ten track album that added taste making it quite unique. Considered primarily an instrumental CD, there is a lone vocal piece here titled \"Flight Of The Phoenix\" as sung by past JPF CD awards winner, Rhonda Schuster. Inspired by the events of 9/11 and the impact of personally seeing the aftermath of ground zero shortly after the tragedy, this was a song that was dedicated by Dan Pinto to the survivors of the victims of 9/11.
Additional guest apearances on Dan\'s new release include Ivan Romero on electric guitars and John Asti on reeds and woodwinds. Aside from the music all having been written, recorded and produced by Dan Pinto, he also designed the theme packaging and artwork. A more in depth view of Dan\'s new release is available at Dan Pinto\'s Official Website. There, you will also find a much deeper look at Dan\'s musical accomplishments and past CD releases.
