"From Me to Wu: the good stuff" can best be described as the quintessential collection of Dan Reading cuts + 4 previously unreleased songs. The CD spans 6 years worth of Dan Reading music, comedy, and life lessons for a total of 16 songs. "The good stuff" also includes all of the previously released "Acoustic Soup" tracks (minus one) due to the popular EP's out of print status. Dan Reading thanks you for the support and the love and is proud to offer "The good stuff" as a WU WU to his fans, friends, and family.
Enjoy!

Dan Reading is an exciting blues artist from Southern Maryland. He has spent the last 12 years of his life polishing his art and making honest blues music that occasionally branches out into funk/pop/rock/jazz and hip hop. You might say he's a bit "outside the box." While living in Nashville Dan worked on his commercial songwriting skills and decided that blues was where his heart was. Dan started out playing drums in middle school, eventually picking up the guitar as well. On all of Dan's studio recordings he plays the drums, the guitar, and does all the vocal work. Dan writes the lyrics and 95% of the music, while blending his humor and personality into as much of his music as possible. Dan's music has been reviewed by indie websites/organizations, radio stations, blues societies, and fans alike. He has been featured in newspaper articles in MD and NC and presently has online distribution of his music via CD Baby. Dan has enjoyed CD sales on three different continents and continues to rely on word of mouth and self promotion to gain new fans one at a time. Currently Dan resides in Jacksonville FL and is trying his hand at writing fiction. Check him out at www.cdbaby.com and www.myspace.com

I own it, so should you!

Everyone should own a piece of Dan Reading recording history and at $6.99 for a greatest hits CD, who could say no? You can't even buy a White Castle Crave Case for that cheap I don't think. I would even venture to say that the quality of Dan's music far surpasses the taste of White Castle sliders. Buy this freakin' awesome and eclectic mix of blues, pop, hip-hop and acoustic sweetness.
