CDS Records announces the release of Dan Shelton's newest CD, Lost in the Spanish Guitar. This is a compilation of Spanish, Central and South American pieces. This album is a wonderful collection of some of the most haunting and beautiful pieces written for the Spanish guitar over the last 100 years. Dan had selected his favorite pieces from Brazil, Venezuela, Argintina, Panama and two pieces from Spain. For the ocassion he has written a flamenco piece titled "Duende", to add to the selections. Three different handmade guitars were used on this CD. An explanation of each piece and which guitars were used for each can be found on the inside cover of the CD.
This CD follows Soft Dreamy Nights, Soft Romantic Nights and his first CD, Soft Latin Nights, which features 10 original songs written by Dan.
