Heard for the past 7 years on 94.7 fm and now 105.1 the Buzz fm, Daria's Local Entertainment Guide is a personal narrative monologue feature, in which strange and funny anecdotes come to their conclusion with a local tie-in to an event, restaurant, local business or place.

Collected for the first time on a compilation CD, all net proceeds of Daria's Local Entertainment Guide Volume One go to benefit Dove Lewis, Portland Oregon's only nonprofit 24-hour emergency and critical care animal hospital.

great - just wish it were longer!
I think it was great - the stories are always fantastic. I just wish it were longer. I would have been happy to pay $15 and get a longer CD, but i guess we just wait til the next one. And the fact that the profits go to dove lewis is very cool.

CD Baby and Daria O'Niell: Impressive!
Many, many times have I put my life at risk while driving, listening to Daria's local entertainment guide and laughing so hard I couldn't see the road. She is genius! I was so excited to recieve Daria's Local Entertainment Guide Vol. 1 from CDBaby (An excellent organization with super service!), and am completely satisfied with my purchase. My only disappointment is the small number of stories on the CD. May future volumes be longer!

Daria should release a complete anthology...
The CD was, as I anticipated, gut-bustingly hilarious - I laughed out loud throughout it, and the only complaint I can voice is the usual, which is that it's TOO SHORT! Thanks for the laughs, and I'll be looking forward to any and all future volumes!

This is a great collection of Daria's stories. Every one is hilarious - I only wish there were more of them! I'll be getting several more for Christmas gifts!

Wonderfully entertaining
The CD is for my mom for Christmas, so I haven't opened it yet. However, I love the segments on every show so I am positive this will be just as good. Looking forward to the next one, hopefully it will have a larger collection of them on it! Thanks Daria!

Daria is one in a million
One of my prized possessions is a signed copy of a photo of Daria from around 2001 when she came to my store. She wrote the sweetest inscription on it, and I'll cherish it forever. I was actually on TV with Daria. All I could do was stare at her in awe. She is one of the most charismatic women I've ever known and one of the sweetest and kindest people ever. Plus, she's a blast! What a great sense of humor. I love Daria O'Neill.
