A father purchased copies of “Slices of Life” for all his grown children because the songs had touched him deeply. He told them “This is what I feel about life!”

“Slices of Life” is what I feel about life. My roots are country deep and I love life in it’s simple form – clean skies, warm sun, fiddle music in the air and the gentle sway of a porch swing when the day is done. The songs flow from life and are as varied as life itself, fun, tender, tragic, hopeful – all different experiences and yet somehow common to everyone. Many people who have purchased this CD tell me they play it over and over. Families tell me that even their small children keep asking to hear it. Go figure!

I hope you take a minute to listen and I hope some of the songs touch something deep in you or just make your foot tap the floor.
