Darryl Riden is a contemporary Christian artist, songwriter, and producer from Tennessee. He has been a professional artist for 19 years. Darryl toured as lead singer for the band Deliverance in the 80's and early 90's. He has been called by a major record company rep as "the best kept secret in Nashville."
Darryl has also been a youth pastor/ evangelist for many years and has had the privilege of leading thousands of young people to Christ. He is now the founder/president of a regional student outreach organization called Christ Powered Ministries located in Morristown , TN.
"This Fragile Journey" is a very powerful collection of songs that point to the grace and redemptive power of Jesus Christ. Darryl was joined in the studio (East Iris Studio in Nashville), with former members of the national band Among Thorns. Mandisa is featured on the song "Beggar," and she also lends her incredible voice to BGV's on several other songs. The great David Davidson (everyone from Trisha Yearwood to Creed) performed the violin on 2 songs....turn it up loud and worship Jesus, the King of kings!
