Album Notes
I made this song because at the time most rapper was making song about they hood, and I wanted to do one as well. But I didn't want it to be like everybody else songs I wanted mine to be something different. So I thought about the songs that were made by well known artist the was popular at the time and I thought about the artist that represent the same city Im from and how did they rep my city. Once I saw that no one really repped my city in the way that I felt my city chicago should be repped, which means you can't just talk about the Sears Tower, your zip code or just a street you from you gotta rep Chicago for what's it's really known for and that's all these street soilder is who and what I'm talking about the GD, BD, MC, VL etc...... I wanted to talk about what happens everywhere you go in chicago you will run into these people waking around doing they business in broad day light regardless of who, what or when.

So as I was driving one day with the beat made by The Legendary Traxster, I came up with the concept that would change the way hip hop music was seen in the chi, for this song became the anthem for the street and the people of chicago and they now call me a legend, who would thought that people would think so highly of me DA Smart from the Robert Taylor part, of the chi....
