Album Notes

Veteran guitarist Dave Bell has been playing and performing rock and blues since the early 70's, most visibly in the club circuit around Mississauga and Brampton, Ontario. Dave discovered computer recording in 2001 and built a home studio, where he has been busy ever since creating original music, composing mostly in the latin rock and blues genres.

This CD started out being a blues CD because I got many comments from the people that bought Feeling Blue that they wanted to hear more of my blues playing.

I love doing blues instrumentals, but I also love instrumentals that have more structure than your typical blues, so this CD has examples of both.

Seven tracks are pure blues, the rest are a mixture of funk, latin, rock, and new age type material.

All tracks are original with the exception of Bad Weather with was composed by Mark Stefani and is used with his permission, and Funky Blue which was written with Greg Goss.

Greg Goss plays bass on Funky Blue, and Geraldo D'arbilly plays percussion on Dreams, Lost in Love, Cha-cha in Blue, Funky Blue, Bad Weather, and Funked Up.
