by Dave Clark

Mainstream rock with great melody and big guitar sound. Upbeat but not too pop. Makes you want to tap your foot and sing along. Modern rock sound with a bit of old school flavor thrown in for good measure.

Album Notes
Dave C. released his first solo CD "Changes" in the summer of 2004. He has been performing throughout New England over the past three years with an ever changing backline of players. All the while he has been searching for the right musicians to make his band complete. Hooking up with Todd and Stoops has only created a stronger, more creative writing force and taken a solo project and turned into a real band!

Recently, Dave was involved in a project called "Driveby Trio" a hard hitting melodic rock outfit from Boston MA. The Power trio featured Dave Clark on guitar and lead vocals, Dave Stoops on bass and vocals and Todd McLellan on drums & vocals. The bands songs are memorable and catchy and the music has a thick wall of sound not often captured by just three players. The project result was a hard hitting 5 song Ep "Get Real" and is available worldwide through iTunes! Dave is now back to work on his next solo album.

Much needed sonic relief for my ears!
No over the top metal bombardment of a screaming vocalist or over the top guitar playing, instead Changes focuses on strong songwriting complemented by tasteful musicianship from Dave Clark and his entourage of players. The music presented here is definitely much needed sonic relief for my ears. Bottom Line: Dave Clark’s CD is well crafted and well produced. "Changes" offers up some really good songs, hopefully Dave garners interest from a record label.

My favorite song is 'wishful thinking' it has an awesome tone to it....I love the intrumentals and the melody goes with it just right. It's about time...
Have always loved hearing Dave in person, but the CD and the songs are awesome. It's about time we hear some of the original art he has in his soul... Dusting pictures is still by far my favorite Dave Clark song yet. Keep it up...

Excellent CD!!!
This a great CD. All killer no filler. Every song is very good. Can listen to the CD staight through. Favorite songs are "It's been too long" and "dusting pictures". "So sorry" is a close 3rd with a very fun guitar riff.
