Album Notes

Dave Lippman is widely known on many coasts and in some interiors for his sharp send-ups of topical subjects ranging from weapons of mass distraction to SUVs and the wars to defend them. He has toured widely in the United States, Europe, Australia, and Central America in a 38-year musical career.

Lippman continues to afflict the complacent, occasionally rhyming in the process. He has been known to take the air out of the windbags of the week, de-distort history, and rewrite the classics with parody and thrust.

Mr. Lippman is the founder of the International Federation of Investigative Songwriters, which no one has joined. He remains one of America's foremost non-corporate musical commentators.

Thinking person's music
author: D. Thomas
Every one of these songs will make you think. If you don't mind that sort of thing. They'll make you laugh too. If politics were always this funny, more people would be activists. Buy one for you and one for a friend!
