Album Notes

My personal title for David Brown Live Shows is "Just for the Record" because it paints an accurate audio portrait of what I was thinking about and doing in New York City before hitting songwriters block a while back. (Which I'm happy to say is over!) This CD includes live performances of material from my studio albums Splendid Wings and Storm in a Teacup, the never released songs Gym Teacher, Shame, and Loop di Loop, a cover of Grant King's Soap, the musical talents of Crissy Wade Fitzpatrick and Carol Markowitz Kassel, plus a peppering of banter throughout. Be forewarned, there's some cursing here, (i.e. the original saucy version of The Holy Mob I chose to edit for the release of Storm in a Teacup.) I'm not one to brag, but I love this album! If you like it too, please help me sell it by directing friends, family, and/or random strangers to this site. Thanks, everybody!
