Album Notes

TopCountryMusic.Com Review

Submitted for consideration for a Grammy nomination country artist, and fellow Texan, David Cline puts the (steel) pedal to the metal with his newest "Another Man's Treasure." His selection and artistic writing of his album's songs show that great music shouldn't be aimed only at the fans in their teens thru thirties. His music is country music at its roots, right where it should be.

Being independent from the hassles of major labels, he is free to write as he feels, and the terrific results show it. The title track single, "Another Man's Treasure" is a tribute to his father, and "Longhorn Cattle Baron" was written in response to his cattle days. Songs by Vince Gill and Hank Williams also add pizzazz to the CD, certainly worth a place on your CD rack.

I love this C D! I keep it in my car-player and everyone who rides with me, people of various ages, enjoys it and wants to hear it again. Expecially the lovey dovey Chubby Hubby song and the cattle baron song. David's voice is great on the serious songs, too. Sing on, David!
