Let the experience from the Big Island of Hawaii take you far away...listen to the Pacific tide in the background along with some exotic songbirds...This single written and recorded on a koa tenor ukulele has one overriding message delivered from the title through the last notes: Help Yourself...We are all living in a very complex world our cultures have created...We are all being forced to live in the cerebral, virtual, transient, Mind-oriented environment of our own imagination...But there are easier ways to exist in the beautiful reality of Nature by releasing the Mind and being centered and grounded in the physical realm we have all lost essential touch with in recent decades..."Help Yourself" is here to remind you of that immediate and necessary link to the planet and all life surrounding us all...
