My name is Davide Swarup, a street musician, a traveller based in Amsterdam.
Here and there few international appearances as guest musicians in Italy with the Italian Hang Quintet, Russia with the Ivanov Brothers and Turkey with Goksel Baktagir.

The Hang is a Healing Instrument for the heart Chakra (center) invented in year 2000 by PANArt, Switzerland.


"Music for Hang" is a "one take live solo Cd", all made in one full afternoon.

A new sound for your hears with nice moments of sound and space but also groove dance compositions.The harmony of melody and percussion in one instrument!
It has been invented by a woman and a man.

I can say that the tracks you will hear are unique pieces cause it's all improvised. I can't even repeat again the exact composition.
Only three track melodies was in my mind: Moods, that was so long in one take so it has been cut in three parts, Busking & And the Groove, my first composition.
All the rest came in the moment!
"Music for Hang" has been played only once you can say.
For me and the Hang it is matter of moods so sometimes the magic harmony happen, sometimes not.
Maybe you will be lucky if you will look around the streets of A'dam!
