This is a really good record, purloined after hearing a couple of tracks on David Griffith's Saucepan Bach MySpace page. Basically it's a pop record, but with far more in common with the classic guitar pop styles of Nick Lowe or Neil Finn than the current crop of chart poseurs. Right now, I can't get enough of the pub rock friendly "Walk This Way", the mellower "What Do You Want" and the feel good "So Happy Birthday". Clever and catchy throughout.
