Pennsylvania Sunrise was released in 1979 on vinyl. In 2003, David Mallett released a limited edition CD of the album, digitally remastered. That CD is now OUT-OF-PRINT and the album is only available as a digital download.
The album includes Mallett's original recording of such favorite songs as "Haying Song", "Phil Brown", and "Ballad of the St. Anne's Reel".
