Album Notes

Ndelible
Ndelible is a band determined to be different and set apart. Drawing from all types of musical influences and styles, they hope to make their mark globally. The band was started in 2005 by the lead vocalist David James. David James who had been rapping since the age of 12, felt led to do something different, so he connected with guitar player, Myron Qdot Mullon, and drummer, Ron B, setting the foundation for Ndelible. David had already been heavily influenced by great songwriters like Tommy Sims and Lauryn Hill. He was also influenced by great bands like the Roots and The Dave Matthews Band. Qdot (Lead Guitar) brought a heavy rock and Ron (Percussion) a Jazz/Experimental soul influence to mix. They later hooked up with Joe Robinson (Bass) who has a heavy Neo Soul influence. David James writes songs about life and love, but from the perspective of someone who walks with God. A fan appropriately called the album's content "Life Music".

REVIEWS

When I first bought this CD, I could not stop listening to it. Like the previous reviewer said no matter what type of music you like there will be something on here you will enjoy. For me it was the fact that it was mellow, laid back and smooth and the messages were awesome too! I would highly recommend this CD. What are you witing for, get yourself a copy! I also want to congratulate the members of Ndelible and all the people that had a roll in the production of this CD. Keep up the good work and my God bless you all!

Ndelible proves to be a consistent group, from the first song to the last my ears are glued to every verse and every beat. We haven't had good music like this in a long time. They are a melting pot of soul, gifts, talent fused with raw sound and timeless lyrics. It is good to hear life and love through a believers perspective...I guarantee the other side doesn't carry the same perspectives. "What You Love" hands down is nothing but the truth. *singing* what you love, it doesn't love you back, it doesn't love you like I do...

WIth a fascinating blend of soul, rock, hip hop and Latin music, Ndelible's more than capable musicians have made an album that's thought provoking, captivating and uplifting with it's intelligent, spiritually minded lyrics. From the hard rocking "Fading" to the rap of "The Let Down" to the 70s soul of "Weakness" this album has a little bit of something for everyone. The end result may remind listeners of Prince, Outkast, and even Dave Matthews Band at times. These guys know what they're doing and I can't wait to hear what they do next.
