Album Notes

David Muldrew's music is best described by Oliver Sweeney, critic in Ireland's HOT PRESS Magazine as "David Muldrew, whose great music is a template for all of us", his CD has also been described as "soulful, exciting, thoughtful and emotional all in one".

As the writer of this CD I will give you a bit of insight into myself. I have peddled my craft for 20 years and have played at major festivals and toured Australia,Singapore,Dubai,Italy,Holland,Germany,USA Mid West,Florida and New York, both solo and as a member of various groups.
My music has been compared to Richard Thompson, Kieran Goss, Willie Nelson, James Taylor and is what we call contemporary folk with a hint of country and a mix of Irish Traditional.

My works have been featured on many compilation albums and recorded by numerous artistes, most recently by Irish artists Aoife Ferry and Irish tenor Emmanuel Lawlor along with the Cross Border Orchestra. I am also a radio presenter, producer and critic of folk and traditional music on Irelands' FIVEFM station.

Hope you Enjoy!!!
