Album Notes

Features Carl Sorensen playing drums, Ryan Drickey playing a cello and three violins, Christi Gubser singing, and Andrew Pask playing the clarinet. Lyrical themes tackle alienation in society, revenge, paranoia, murder, impermanence, thieves on Romanian trains, quantum physics, madness, tom cruise, depression and hope, long journeys, secrets, mystery, and a quiet revelation: anything is possible. Recorded at San Luis Sound- a fantastic studio that used to be a church (still has the stain glass windows) with Joe Turse. All the songs (with the exceptions of Statue King and 1 Missed Call) on an old piano in Danny Krahe's magical and unfinished log home in Coal Creek Canyon, CO.
