The Johnny Cash Experience plays predominantly to a new generation of fans too young to have known the real thing in its zenith.
The mission of The Johnny Cash Experience is simple: We are an accurate, note-for-note, authentic representation
of The Johnny Cash Show, without cheap "impersonation". Like the original BEATLEMANIA, the music and history of the legend is conveyed with dignity.
The Johnny Cash Experience offers three 45 minute acts: Early Johnny Cash, Johnny Cash & June Carter, and the Folsom Prison Concert Era.
David Stone is a Philadelphia born singer/songwriter who has been singing the songs of Johnny Cash nearly all of his life. Inspired by the Man In Black’s ABC television show as a young boy, Stone soon learned to play guitar and sing in Cash’s unique style. He started The Johnny Cash Experience 3 years ago, to an enthusiastic response from fans all over the Philadelphia area. DAVID STONE: The Johnny Cash Experience is now a touring act.
Stone is not a cheap impersonator, and his rendition of Johnny Cash observes a strict authenticity and dignity in conveying the rich, thought provoking music that made Johnny Cash an icon of American Country Music.
Those who see David Stone’s performance will know what it must have been like to see the real Johnny Cash in concert. His voice, mannerisms, and the sound of his band are
wholly true to the legend. Stone also writes songs in the same style of the late Johnny Cash.

Doesn't Get Any Closer
author: Brian Nissley
I've seen and heard a lot of Johnny Cash Tributes that were shams, but not this one. David Stone is obviously infected with the spirit and essence of the late Johnny Cash, and while I have never seen the show, "Live at The Globe" demonstrates David Stone's dedication and attention to detail in portraying the man. David, please come to Cleveland soon!

I collect any Cash music I can get my hands on, and David Stone clearly presents the music very well. The recording is raw, filled with audience enthusiasm, and I highly recommend it.

IS HE MARRIED? CAN I HAVE HIM??

I saw David Stone in Dallas, PA, and my heart didn't stop pounding ONCE! A combination of Bad Boy and All American, he's better than the real Johnny Cash. "Live at The Globe" is as hot as the performance I saw. I still get a warmth on my cheek where he kissed me after signing my copy whenever I listen to the album. What a great performer! --SIZZLE--

What a Guy!
author: Amy Cooper
From the moment he walks out on stage, you can't take your eyes off him. Not only does he portray Johnny Cash as real to life as possible, he is a real to life gentleman. He signed a CD at a show for me to give my mother, who was dying of cancer. I was in tears, he put his arm around me and asked me if I wanted to pray. We did. Don't tell me kindness isn't attractive and sexy. He's as sexy as they make them. If you don't buy this album, you're truly missing the ultimate "Experience"
