Album Notes

David Ure is a singer/songwriter from Chicago.

His debut album, Wind Chimes, is full of evocative story lyrics set to catchy folk rock tunes that sometimes trail off into psychedelic space outs and the occasional serene moment.

Some artists that influenced Wind Chimes are Bob Dylan, Ray Davies, and Fyodor Dostoyevsky.

David is 24, sings and plays all the instruments here.

His past musical projects include The Untide, a surf rock band, and The Rental Thieves, an experimental rock band.

This album was recorded at Phase Studios, Highland Park Illinois with engineer, Matt Feddermann.
