Album Notes

Alvaderchy a.k.a. Derch, 23, is originally from Da Boogie Down. He has been writing and performing since he was nine years old. He has performed in numerous groups such as VBT from 170 Bristow with local kids from around the block. With his move to Connecticut Derch decided that if hip hop stopped tomorrow he will still be writing so he better get on his grind; he joined up with Mad Dog a.k.a. MD, and King Bishop a.k.a. B.I. and formed Rich Porters. After the trials and tribulations King Bishop went on to form a company that would later pick up Alvaderchy as their first signed artist. Alvaderchy accredits his creativity and lyrical genius to life, Mamommy, the 48 Laws of Power, and the hip hop culture. MacMittens a.k.a. M-Eaze, 24, is from Harlem, NY. He has been writing and performing since he was twelve years old. He has performed in a group called TMP from New York; on October 24, 2005 he joined Alvaderchy in the studio and decided that King Bishop’s Entertainment indie label known as DCF Records is where he wanted to be to move ahead in his career. M-Eaze acknowledges Rhythm and Blues, and LL Cool J as inspiration to his colorful masterpieces. Maverick a.k.a. Mave, 21, was born in Da Boogie Down and raised in Mount Vernon and Bridgeport. He has been rapping for six years; starting from meeting up with kids from the block and having ciphers to several talent shows and MC Battles. He has been in several group such as Mob Squad, Heights Niggas, Murda Ville & M.L.B. to name a few. He eventually met Derch and decided to link with D.C.F. Mave acknowledges Jay-Z, NAS, Big, Pac, Rakim, AZ, Big L, and Lil' Wayne as inspirations.
