I performed this CD to the sounds of water, birds, crickets etc. A very peaceful CD that you can use for meditation, relaxing, massage, or in the classroom for quiet time. This CD has been chosen by massage therapists, reiki teachers, school teachers, dentists offices etc for the relaxing quality of the CD. It is over an hour long. The water, birds, crickets and combnation of these flow into the next piece so that there is no interuption of music from one piece to the next. I think you will find this to be a very peacful CD for just about anything you may want to escape from in the real world.
