Album Notes

DEADNIGHT was established in Chicago, Illinois, in late 2003 by Mike (Lead Guitars & Percussion) and Max (Vocals & Rhythm guitar). From the very beginning, their goal was to write memorable songs built on thrashing guitar riffs, and epic, shredding guitar solos.

During the next year, four songs were recorded for their first demo called In the Dead of Night. The band’s lineup was finally completed during the spring of 2006 with John on bass, and Metal Centurion on percussion. In September of 2006, Max left the band due to personal obligations. Following Max’s departure, Mike took over on vocals while maintaining his position of lead guitarist. In June 2007, the band released their first EP - Live in Chicago. In July 2007, Metal Centaurion quit the band due to personal reasons. The band’s first full length album titled Messenger of Death, is scheduled to be released in April 2008.
