THE PRINCESS OF THE SOUTH is a very talented, street wise young lady known simply as DeANDREA. She is managed by Donya Sims and produced by the hip Texas Beat Master, ANTWAN JACKSON, who also wrote the songs with De ANDREA. Donya Sims sent in her album to CANADIAN AMERICAN RECORDS, a label that is an American Icon Record Company known for pop hits ever since their first million seller in 1959 by SANTO and JOHNNY - "SLEEP WALK". Now owned by another pop music ICON MUSICIAN, JOEY WELZ from BILL HALEY and the COMETS(MCA), new young artists again are being signed.

After one listen, Welz signed DeANDREA for a singles deal and put out HOLD UP (Radio Mix) to worldwide radio. With the beginning of INTERNATIONAL AIRPLAY, DeANDREA is starting her climb to STARDOM and Canadian American is distributing her debut album all over the world. In Jan,2008,Mr.Welz will be attending the MIDEM INTERNATIONAL MUSIC CONVENTION in Cannes France in an effort to get her licensed to some Foreign Labels to help spread the word Internationally...DeANDREA is Young but Hip and very, very talented and JUNCTION'S Production is ultra commercial....
