Album Notes

Deanna Devore is a multi-instrumentalist/songwriter/singer/arranger from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Her rich sound incorporates acoustic, electronic, orchestral and Brazilian/jazz elements. Deanna has recently completed and co-produced a professional recording of 7 of her original songs with Chicago producer/engineer Bjorn Thorsrud (Smashing Pumpkins, Dandy Warhols, Billy Corgan) at Steve Albini's studio, Electrical Audio in Chicago. She plays all the instruments with the exception of drums which are played by Matt Walker (Filter, Smashing Pumpkins, Garbage), and Ed Breckenfeld (Modern Drummer Magazine) with additional programming by Brian Liesegang (Nine Inch Nails, Filter, Billy Corgan). She has been performing live with her band in and around the Chicago area.
