Album Notes

Death For Life was a compilation put out in 1998 by Mere Mortal Productions, a goth/industrial label, which later evolved into Medivak Recods. This compilation brought together underground goth and industrial artists from all over the country to raise awareness of the continuing AIDS epedimic Sadly, it was around this same time that the old record label went under due to near text-book problems with distributors, and only a few hundred discs were ever sold. All the tracks on this disc are very rare, and in some cases, only released on this disc. Death For Life is truly a collector's item at this point, marking a particularly diverse era in the underground music scene.

The CDs in stock at the label today are limited in quantity and will not be re-issued ever again. We hope that by making these remaining copies available to the public again, that we can help boost awareness of AIDS once more, and to hopefully turn on music listeners to all the wonderful talent that contributed so much time and effort to make this CD what it is.
