Album Notes

Deb and Dan have just released their debut children's CD entitled "Cheesy Peas". They are a guitar/keyboard singing duo playing original educational children's music. Their style is similar to Justin Roberts or Laurie Berkner...they are outrageously and contagiously fun!

These two entertaining musicians have a passion for teaching young children about music and have now brought the learning out of the classroom and on stage for the whole family to enjoy!

Deb Paul is a music educator who was a band director in the DesMoines area for 8 years, a church musician and currently is the studio coordinator at Rieman Music in Urbandale, Iowa. Deb has 3 kids and loves to teach young children the joy of music! She currently teaches 6 Tiny Tots classes at her church, St. Mark in West Des Moines. Deb works with over 230 children every week teaching them about music and helping them find their talents.

Dan Trilk is the music teacher at ASK Learning Center in Norwalk and teaches private guitar, drum, bass and piano lessons as well. Dan performs as a solo act and has been in many bands including San Francisco based "The Golden Gods". He has played at live music venues all over the United States. Dan has 2 kids and uses them as a muse in his song-writing adventures. He has mentored many youth in the Des Moines area coaching garage bands and summer rock camps. Dan has a passion for music and enjoys igniting the spark of creativity in every student he encounters.
