Rose Casey is a psychotherapist in Scottsdale, AZ. She has recorded many meditation and relaxation tapes and CDs, including Envisioning White Light (with Dennis Gilman), and Chicken Soup for the Fearful Flyer's Soul (with Jack Canfield and friends). In this CD she expresses her intention to make relaxation and breathing exercises easily accessible for everyone.
