In regards to the concept, Deborah says it is just as it is stated in the title track "Lift Him Up". She is just trying to lift up the name of Jesus on any platform that God allows and then she will step aside and let him do the drawing of the people. Her music is being played on a number of radio stations nationally and is being well received. As a soloist in demand, she is sought after to sing at musicals, workshops, and other gospel programs.
Deborah wants her music to edify the word of God and allow her to be blessed to be a blessing to others. The word that she bases her ministry is "Only what you do for Christ will last".
