"Music defines who I am right down to my soul", says Deb, who grew up listening to her mother's collection of Frank Sinatra,, Bing Crosby, Nat King Cole, Doris Day and other singers and crooners of the day. Her introduction to jazz at nineteen became a life long passion that continues to grow.

As a child, Deb produced and starred in theatrical presentations to her neighborhood. In High School, she immersed herself in music and drama and went on to perform in numerous musicals in college. The experience gave her the opportunity to experiment creatively and shine musically.

After 20 years of performing in the San Francisco bay area jazz clubs and jazz festivals her love affair with jazz music brings her to Seattle where she can focus her vision and pursue her passion more fully. The Seattle jazz scene has welcomed her with open arms and she has found a loving home here.
