Album Notes
It has long been a dream to make "Awakening In Me" available to the public, and now at long last that dream is realized! It's a labor of love for those that worked on it and it's a pleasure to present it to you in all its schizophrenic glory. The album's themes range from pop-culture references ("The Dreaming") and very personal situations ("Transgressions") to Christian ("Voice In The Desert") and even science fiction ("Darkfall 2022"). "Awakening In Me" was Deeler's second album, following a few years behind the band's self-titled debut release. The work of over a year and a half in the studio culminated in these 8 tracks. I was pleased to hear an album that incorporates good vocals with all of the instruments. It is very enjoyable to listen to. Great job, guys!!!!

Wow! Great to hear this again!
My tape copy of this went missing long ago, and it's great to be able to get this online! I think Deeler was ahead of their time, and it's neat to hear the influences of the individual band members come out (Rush, Fates Warning, Dream Tehater, earlier Queensryche). A great listen!
