Album Notes

Influenced by rock bands like Foo Fighters, Live, Incubus and the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and compared by fans to icons like The Police and the Ramones, The Deep Switch has carved a notch for itself in the original music scene in Berkshire County. The band spent the past year playing at bars and clubs across the Berkshires and in the Capital District. Most recently, the band taped a half-hour special for PCTV in Pittsfield, MA.

The Deep Switch is driven by the desire to write truly original music that resonates with audiences and leaves them humming their tunes upon waking. Their objective is to be their own favorite band. To be the type of band they'd love to see play out. The type of band they'd be a fan of for life.

With the release of their all-original self-titled EP, in July 2003 and the launching of their website (thedeepswitch.com), the band looks forward to satisfying listeners with highly addictive rock and roll.
