Album Notes
New full-length CD (18 songs, 58 minutes) featuring 2 demo recordings from Ukraine's DEFINITION SANE! The first 8 tracks are taken from the band's earliest demo entitled "The Trial" which was originally self-released on pro-manufactured cassettes only in Ukraine; tracks 9 through 18 are taken from their new ("previously-unreleased") demo with the full title of "Psychodelirium of Excited Mind". DEFINITION SANE skillfully purvey a technical brand of Blackened Death Metal (in the vein of MORBID ANGEL, PESTILENCE, DEATH, ATHEIST, etc.) with futuristic, semi-progressive edges; featuring English lyrics sung with both brutal, and raspy (grim) vocals which greatly contribute to the distinctly Nordic atmosphere of the newer songs. This Zhitomir-based quintet features the drummer from LUCIFUGUM's "...Back to Chopped Down Roots" album!
