Album Notes

UNIFEID FIELDS- Inspired by sixties/seventies rock n roll & surrealistic painters. Classic Electric/ Acoustic guitar psychedelia -

The concept for this album was to continue the exploration begun by great rock guitarists like Jimmy Page & David Gilmour. Guitarist Antony De Gennaro experiments with Electric/ Acoustic guitars combined with keyboards, exotic instruments & electronics. He bows, strums, fingerpicks & orchestrates the guitars. Along with engineer Don Gunn, he experiments with backward & forward analog & digital tape delays. The songs explore imaginative sound combinations. The result is an amazing journey into a world of blissful, colorful, accessible guitar nirvana.

REVIEW-- "An interesting new instrumental psychedelic album from the USA mixing acoustic & electric guitars with sitar like drones, chimes, percussion & melodic rock to create a trippy spaced out & relaxing soundscape. The result is somewhere between the music Pink Floyd made for Zabrinski Point, Jefferson Airplane's 'Embryonic Journey' & The Black Sun Ensembles Peyote Inspired Exotica. Pretty damn fine." -Freak Emporium, Delerium Records, UK
