Album Notes

Degrees of Sanity formed as Edge of Dawn in late 2000 from the remains of the band Symmetry. Scott Butler and Matt Kampman came from the remains of Symmetry and brothers Sean and Brandon Daniels came form the remains of Origin Unknown. The interesting chemistry worked immediately and the band quickly started rocking the Denver scene. They have been featured on the Colorado Rock TV Show 3 times as well as The Cone Zone. "Deviation" was recorded between December 2004 and July 2007 at Spiked Audio in Highlands Ranch, CO. It contains songs written between '00 and '06 with a few left over Symmetry songs thrown in. During the recording, the band experienced every possible set-back you can imagine. Despite the massive problems they encountered, DOS continued the recording process and finally released the album in October 2007.
