Album Notes

Delinquent Habits has released it's 5th studio album titled "New and Improved". Released 100 percent independently through DH Music (which is distributed by Super D / Phantom Distribution) the new album will be available digitally on-line, physically through the group's homepage (delinquenthabits.net), at all live shows and through traditional music stores.
The new album features blazing guest horns by Asdru from Ozomatli, as well as percussion by their funky percussionist Mike Duffy. Also stopping by to spit vocals is Sick Jacken from The Psycho Realm. Of course, with Ives ( Ives Irie / Huero Loco) on lead vocals, The Lovely Michelle on vocals and backing vocals and O.G. (DJ O.G. Style) behind the boards and on the cuts, you know what you can expect: Lower Eastside funk mixed with a mariachi hip hop tequila party!
Needless to say, this album will satisfy all DH fans...from the ones down since day one...to the ones just discovering their music.

New & Improved Por Real!
author: kharma99
This is the best album I've heard by the group, although I haven't heard the first one which is titled something about horns. They stayed true to their style even without Kemo. I was really surprised because I had always thought that Kemo was the best one in the group. DH getting better without him would've been like NWA getting better without Ice Cube or like the Jackson 5 getting better without Michael Jackson. Nevertheless, they got it in with this one! I really wish Michelle would release a solo project though.

Great Album

This is a great album. It's so much better than Freedom Band because this really feels like a Delinquent Habits album. Freedom Band had a little lack of just that. I honestly don't really miss Kemo when i am listening to this album, because both the production and Ives rapping makes it great. Buy this album! It's impossible to be dissapointed if you like the delinquent habits.
