REVIEWS

A no borders land
author: Tullio Padovese
A fresh trip in a new territory where sounds melt in a very strange bowl, the record has the essential taste of the home made atmosphere and is the exotic fruit of a young open minded "self - made" musician, that lives traveling all over the world playing as many instruments as many are the languages she meets. Inspired and open to solutions that after many years sound fresh, after many years it sounds still new!

author: Bart
Opening track, National Holidays, seems inspired but the CD falls apart with the political naivete of I Wear Guns When I'm Dancing. By the time JC Mix is playing I was deciding whether I could get a refund. Amy obviously has talent, and she's attracted some talented people to work on this, yet I found myself more annoyed than entertained throughout.

Early experimental outings. Soulful songs.
author: Jim
Amy at her most expermintal period. Soulful songs. Outstanding sax, instramental and vocal tidbits. 'Track 8' shows interesting use of found material similar to 'My Life in the Bush of Ghost'. Each track a musical adventure.
